At Aureto we have a specialized team dedicated to introducing our visitors to the quality local produce of Provence. The boutiques and events organized in the vineyards are run by a team of experts, including a qualified wine-waiter, with significant experience in the restaurant industry who hosts the Wine-Break (with a selection of cheese and charcuterie platters) as well as a number of experts in the wines and spirits trade. Our team are more than happy to welcome visitors whether in groups or individually to tour the cellars and the vineyards, and share their expert knowledge of vine and wine, or simply to enjoy a wine-tasting session.

The Wine Break
Serving a selection of charcuterie and cheese platters
April to September - Every day from 11am to 6pm
Enjoy our gourmet platters of charcuterie and a selection of cheeses with Aureto wines by the glass or by the bottle, beer and grape juice.
You can also add to your order with produce from the delicatessen shop (terrines, pâté, tapenades, fish rillettes, croquant biscuits, nougat and organic ice-cream and coffee)

5 Wine-tasting workshops using the sensory approach
Analysis of the sensory approach with the 4 Aureto Wines, the 4 main flavors, the nose of the wine (aroma vials provided) to study olfactory memory and research on wine aromas. An explanation of the different stages of tasting : eyes, nose, mouth and retro-olfaction...
