The Aureto Vineyard is dedicated to welcoming lovers of wine on site, with visits to the cellars, tours of the vineyard and 'Wine Breaks' which have become key activities for tourists with regard to the local wine production.

    Dedicated to sales and Wine Tourism

    At Aureto we have a specialized team dedicated to introducing our visitors to the quality local produce of Provence. The boutiques and events organized in the vineyards are run by a team of experts, including a qualified wine-waiter, with significant experience in the restaurant industry who hosts the Wine-Break (with a selection of cheese and charcuterie platters) as well as a number of experts in the wines and spirits trade. Our team are more than happy to welcome visitors whether in groups or individually to tour the cellars and the vineyards, and share their expert knowledge of vine and wine, or simply to enjoy a wine-tasting session.

  • The Wine Break

    Serving a selection of charcuterie and cheese platters

    April to September - Every day from 11am to 6pm

    Enjoy our gourmet platters of charcuterie and a selection of cheeses with Aureto wines by the glass or by the bottle, beer and grape juice. 

    You can also add to your order with produce from the delicatessen shop (terrines, pâté, tapenades, fish rillettes, croquant biscuits, nougat and organic ice-cream and coffee)

    Visit of the cellar, explanation of winemaking techniques, visit of the cellar
    barrel, aging methods, tasting of 4 wines.

  • Tour of the vineyard

    Guided walk on the vineyard, visit of the cellar, explanation of winemaking techniques, visit of the cellar in
    barrel, aging methods, tasting of 4 wines. From April to September, Wednesday at 10 a.m.

    The sensory approach

    Learn about tasting in a number of workshops :

    - The sensory approach and the main flavors : sweet, salty, acid or sour

    - The 'nose' of the wine - understanding aromas.

    - Techniques and stages of tasting

    Aureto can cater for all your events and functions, whether group visits, private seminars, family events or a party with friends. Our facilities, including the sales area, the terrace and the gardens make it possible to host events for up to 50 people. In addition to the vine and wine activities on offer, guests can also have a game of boules or ball games or go cycling.
