70 % Syrah, 30 % Grenache.
The grapes, which are from the best vines of the vineyard, are totally destemmed gently crushed and placed in stainless steel vats for a 3-to-4-week period of cold maceration then an alcoholic fermentation with regular pumping over and devatting. 40% of the wine is placed in new wine barrels and undergoes malolactic fermentation. The cellar master overseas the blending just before the wines are bottled.
A deep purple robe with superb hints of violet.
The nose if beautifully mature with complex aromas of lightly roasted Morello cherries, blackberries and spices.
