South-easterly facing, twenty-year-old vines on predominantly clay-limestone soil.
50 % Grenache, 50 % Syrah
14,5 % vol.
The grape harvest is totally destemmed and gently crushed and then placed in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats for 3 weeks of fermentation with regular pumping over. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged in stainless steel vats before blending and bottling.
Ruby red with hints of purple.
The nose is expressive with notes of red fruit.
The attack is seductive, rich and full in character and crisp like ripe summer fruit, with a toasty aroma on the finish.
