The grape harvest is totally destemmed and gently crushed and then placed in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats for 3 weeks of fermentation with regular pumping over. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged in stainless steel vats before blending and bottling.Robe

Palate
The attack seduces by its very flexible character. We find red fruits in a fairly light set. The finish is pleasant.
